Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Qotore's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Qotore's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Product Information

3.1 Fragrance Authenticity

All fragrances sold by Qotore are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of all our products.

3.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including fragrance notes, sizes, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

3.3 Sample Sizes

Sample sizes (5ml, 10ml, 30ml) are decanted from authentic full-size bottles using proper equipment and sterile procedures to maintain fragrance integrity.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. Payment methods and delivery details will be discussed during order confirmation.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Omani Rials (OMR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices for full bottles are available upon request.

4.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Oman. Delivery times and charges vary by location and will be communicated during order confirmation.

5.2 Delivery Responsibility

Once the product is delivered to the address provided by the customer, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns of opened products. Returns may be considered for unopened products in exceptional circumstances.

6.2 Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Qotore's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Qotore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Qotore or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Qotore's website, even if Qotore or a Qotore authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
